Pastor Wayne and Wendy have a love for the City of Boise and the Treasure Valley and a desire to see spiritually lost people come to know Christ and live boldly for Him. They have pastored here since 1999. Pastor Wayne and Wendy were married in June of 1995 and enjoy doing life and ministry with their daughter and son, Sabrina and Hunter. Besides doing ministry and enjoying time together with family, Pastor Wayne enjoys the outdoors of Idaho camping, fishing, bowhunting, sports, and staying in shape.

Sabrina Crownover is very gifted in Music and Leading Worship. She Graduated from Northwest University in the spring of 2020 Magna Cum Laude with a BA in Music Ministry and a Minor in Communications. While at Northwest University she travelled on summer ministry teams all over the Northwest leading worship for Youth Camps, Youth Conventions, and Minister’s Conferences. Her love and passion for God is very transparent, on and off the stage! She is passionate about Young Adults and Young People experiencing a genuine relationship with God. Sabrina is also very gifted in Administration and Organizational Leadership. She is the Visionary Leader for our Young Adult and Youth Ministry Leadership Teams at River City. In her free time Sabrina is part of a song writing/worship band called WNDRS Worship.
